A portrait of Heinrich Himmler

Heinrich Himmler was a leading member of the Nazi Party and the Reich Leader of the SS. Himmler created a law where Gypsies could not marry or have kids with non-Gypsies. Himmler was second-in-command to Hitler. He then made a public order that the Gypsies or those with mixed Gypsy descent be placed in concentration camps.
